Started June 1st! Myself and other women said yes to committing 30 days to our self-care, skin, and bodies. Request to join to get on the list for the next time that we host this event. We'll use (2) 15-minute massage techniques that we'll alternate each day to promote lifting & toning of the skin, lymphatic drainage, decreased inflammation, increased circulation, overall detoxification. The massage techniques include (don't worry, we'll teach you how to perform these massages through video tutorials): - Facial Gua Sha Massage - Abhyanga Massage If you've been wanting to give yourself more time and attention while having the support of other women then grab your best friend and join together! Details: Challenge starts: Saturday, June 1st You'll Receive - instructional videos on how to perform these self-massages - daily reminders - weekly check-ins through our group chat (using Google Chat) for support and accountability throughout the challenge.
